"Appartamenti signorili modernisimi" (Modern luxury flats): this was the claim of the agency engaged in selling the apartments of the new building in Viale Argonne in Milan, certainly at that time - the 1930s - in the vanguard. Due to the following restauration work, designed only for parting the spaces, the flat seemed dark and unfriendly. The design started up by rethinking the layout as a sequence of spaces linked to a unique fluent circuit. In this way the light coming from the windows, which face four different orientations, can come in without obstacles the house core. The changeable aspect of the central volume - containing the second bathroom and the laundry - and the color sequence of the ceramic covering designed using Fibonacci's succession, allows several light situations. The neutral aspect of oak wood that runs along this sequence of spaces gives them a warm and homogenous feeling
